  •  within a short term of the period, it reached globally on all the market places

Android version names are in alphabetic order and sweet name, Since these devices make our lives so sweet, each Android version is named like that but now currently they have changed the way of naming the versions

Mobile Operating system

  • Several Devices Runs on Android but in the Mobile Operating system Android occupies  71.9% of the total market place on the other hand  iOS occupies  27.33% of the total and other OS are less in percentage  market place (Reference – StatCounter)

There are various causes behind it but the main reason is due to

  • Open source, easily customized 
  • Expandable storage on many phones and now with high internal memory 
  • Wider choice of phones
  • Free apps and services
